The machine is used for dosing easy-flowing or low-viscous neutral aggressive liquid, emulsion, suspension, and viscous and pasty nonabrasive materials (crème, honey, gel, shampoo, ketchup, souse, ointment etc.). It can be used in pharmaceutical, perfume, food and other industries.
The machine includes three major elements: liquid end, electromechanical drive and control assembly. Construction of machine is suitable for cleaning works.
Method of dosing liquid absorption from bunker installed on liquid end. Electromechanical drive includes motor-reducer and lever with regulating length of stroke. Setting volume of dose performed by rotation of spindle. Control assembly situated in hermetic box. Frequency of dosing is displayed and set by rotation of regulator. Regulating of dose and frequency of dosing is smooth, without stoppage of device. The machine can be used autonomous or be integrated in packing complex. Components of machine are stainless steel-made 12X18H9(T), 12X18H10(T), titanium, polytetrafluorethylene. The machine can be used in fire zone with class P1.
